These were worn by Yugoslavian Mountain Troops who operated in harsh weather, and this European design is first-rate. It is quilt-lined, and very thick wool, a true Alpine design.
Most of the M77 variant have an embroidered red star on the front (not pictured).
The example hat is the M55 coarse wool variation but the M77 gaberdine is also available.
