To wear just insert your arms through the loops and click the waist belt and chest clips together. Each of these is fully adjustable along with the shoulder straps and some chords on the sides to help fit your waist better. The vest has two levels of ALICE compatible straps on the front and one on back pad for any addition of pouches. Modern MOLLE pouches will work with these but will not be as secure as they would on a PALS vest.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you rock a lot of old school ALICE pouches or want an economical yet extremely rugged combat vest, then give one of these a go.
